The core of the ESS - Environmental Stress Screening procedure is to identify finished products for certain stress factors such as
- mechanical stress,
- thermal stress, -Humidity -Vibration
- chemical influences,
- low air pressure,
to identify existing vulnerabilities in the finished product.
